The Treaty of Adrianople by TheAresProject The Treaty of Adrianople by TheAresProject
The Treaty of Adrianople, signed in February of 1878, put an end to a year and a half of fighting and changed the face of the Balkans forever. The treaty established an independent Bulgarian state for the first time in over six hundred years, and forced the Porte to cede large territories to Servia, Montenegro and Rumania. Even Greece received Thessaly as a result of the Treaty, despite having been neutral throughout the war. Most importantly, the treaty changed the way the Turks imagined themselves as a people, and paved the way for radical change in the coming decades.

I'm guessing the change in history is that the Congress of Berlin goes differently.

And one in 1713. And one in 1547. And one in 1568. Your point being?

As for Croatia, Austria-Hungary isn't a thing here. Hungary is simply more autonomous than the other crown lands. Since Croatia wasn't directly under the Crown of Saint Stephen before the Ausgleich, it stays a non-autonomous part of Austria.
